Methods that are considered to be evidence-based have been extensively researched in randomized controlled studies and have demonstrated their effectiveness in treating various types of mental health issues. Unfortunately, that doesn't mean that they work for everyone all the time. I will always do my best to make them work for you!
The main disorders I work with are depression, anxiety disorders (OCD, GAD, social anxiety, etc.), PTSD and cPTSD, borderline personality disorder.
